Payment

The deposit amount is required to confirm your order, with the remaining balance due a week before pickup. 

If payment is not received, your order is not confirmed. Payment methods include credit/debit card, venmo, paypal or personal check. 

Pickup

Because I do not currently have a storefront, pickup will typically be at Crumbl Cookies in Dawsonville, with a possibility to be arranged elsewhere. There will be a 30 minute grace period, upon which you will forfeit your cookies. If rescheduling is necessary, please reach out at least 48 hours before scheduled pickup.

Refunds

I offer refunds up to 48 hours after the deposit has been accepted. Unfortunately after that time no refunds will be made as necessary materials have likely already been purchased.

Order changes

Changes to colors or designs of the order can be made until full payment has been received a week before pickup. Once full payment is received, change requests will come under individual consideration with the possibility of a small fee.

Price adjustments

As ingredient costs continually fluctuate, I cannot always honor pricing from a previous order.

Copyrights

I seek to maintain integrity in my business and will not copy exact copyrighted images (ex. Disney characters) but I can make a similar color palette and theme to fit even better with your occasion!

Messages

As I may require communication with you to get the details of your order just right, please promptly reply to any messages sent to you. If I get no response within 24 hours, I may just have to wing it! Questions for me? Please also allow 24 hours for me to reply.

Cottage food laws

This order has been made in a home kitchen inspected and licensed by the Georgia Department of Agriculture. Our kitchen is not nut free, egg free, dairy free or gluten free. If illness occurs due to food intolerance or allergy, Phenomenom Bakery is not to be held responsible.

Cookie Storage

Cookies can be stored in their original packaging for up to a week, or put in the freezer in an airtight container for up to 2 months.
