Frequently asked questions…

  • Custom cookie sets range in price depending on the complexity of the design, with simple sets starting at $3.50/cookie ($42/dozen).

    Take a minute to fill out the custom cookie quote form on the 'order' page and I will get back to you with a quote for the specific set you have in mind.

  • Each cookie is individually packaged in a cellophane baggie and heat sealed to maintain freshness. Cookies are then placed in a bakery box with a window.

  • Cookies can be stored as received on the counter for up to a week, or in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 months. When ready to take them out of the freezer, allow them to come to room temperature before opening the container to prevent any condensation or color bleed.

  • I love having inspiration photos for orders! However each artist has their own style and skills, so I will use it as inspiration instead of making an exact replica. Don't worry, we can come up with something that will be an even better fit for your specific theme!

  • I am currently located in Dawsonville Ga, 5 minutes from North Georgia Premium Outlets, but am happy to serve the surrounding areas of Gainesville and Cumming.

  • Most orders are picked up at Starbucks in Dawsonville right off of highway 400, but location will be confirmed upon order receipt

  • Because I am the sole baker at Phenomenom Bakery, my schedule is pretty tight, and unfortunately I cannot often accommodate delivery. However feel free to reach out, and the timing may line up! Delivery fees are dependent upon distance from my location

  • I am currently working on perfecting a gluten friendly recipe, as well as a dye-free icing recipe, which should be available soon! However as my kitchen is used to make a variety of goods, I cannot guarantee that there will not be cross contamination.

  • Buttercream can be sensitive to heat. Please come with a fully air conditioned car, or a cooler bag to keep the cupcakes in. Cupcakes should be left our of the sun in a cool place, ideally out of the fridge as it dries out the cake faster, but can be kept in for short period of time.

Payment

The deposit amount is required to confirm your order, with the remaining balance due a week before pickup. If payment is not received, your order is not confirmed.

Pickup

Because I do not currently have a storefront, pickup will typically be at Starbucks in Dawsonville, with a possibility to be arranged elsewhere. There will be a 30 minute grace period, upon which you will forfeit your cookies. If rescheduling is necessary, please reach out at least 48 hours before scheduled pickup.

Refunds

I offer refunds up to 48 hours after the deposit has been accepted. Unfortunately after that time no refunds will be made as necessary materials have likely already been purchased.

Order changes

Changes to colors or designs of the order can be made until full payment has been received a week before pickup. Once full payment is received, change requests will come under individual consideration with the possibility of a small fee.

Price adjustments

As ingredient costs continually fluctuate, I cannot always honor pricing from a previous order.

Copyrights

I seek to maintain integrity in my business and will not copy exact images. Inspiration photos are more than welcome, but I will not create exact replicas.

As I may require communication with you to get the details of your order just right, please promptly reply to any messages sent to you. If I get no response within 24 hours, I may just have to wing it! Questions for me? Please also allow 24 hours for me to reply.

Cottage food laws

All orders are made in a home kitchen inspected and licensed by the Georgia Department of Agriculture. Our kitchen is not nut free, egg free, dairy free or gluten free. If illness occurs due to food intolerance or allergy, Phenomenom Bakery is not to be held responsible.
